Please note that you require a new license key to perform an update to HiCAD 2016 and/or HELiOS 2016. You can conveniently request the key via the Update Form for your country.

Please also note that the English form does not apply for customers of the ISD Benelux, who need to use the Update Configurator for updates to HiCAD 2016 and HELiOS 2016.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Stabilität der Downloads teilweise auch vom verwendeten Browser und/oder Virenscanner abhängig ist. Derzeitig sind uns derartige Probleme für den Internet Explorer 9 in Kombination mit z. B. AVG oder McAfee bekannt. In den konkreten Fällen werden die gewünschten Dateien nur teilweise oder beschädigt heruntergeladen. Leider können wir als Softwareanbieter an dieser Stelle nicht eingreifen. Falls Sie derartige Probleme bemerken sollten Sie zumindest für den Zeitraum der Downloads den Virenscanner deaktivieren oder einen anderen Browser verwenden.

Please note that the stability of the downloads is partly depending on the browser and / or virus scanner . We've currently experienced problems for Internet Explorer 9 in combination with e. g. AVG or McAfee. In these cases, the files are only partially downloaded or damaged. Unfortunately we cannot change this behaviour because there is not way of interacting with the browser. If you experience such problems, you should disable, at least for the period of the downloads, the virus scanner or use a different browser.
